HSE Officer

Role Purpose

To implement Innovo Infrastructure’s health, safety, and environmental policies at project sites, ensuring the safety of personnel, compliance with legal requirements, and protection of assets.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Enforce use of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures.
•  Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks.
•  Maintain HSE records, including incident and near-miss reports.
•  Participate in accident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
•  Coordinate with site management to implement safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety requirements.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification.
•  3–5 years’ HSE experience in infrastructure/construction projects.
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
