Site Supervisor

Role Purpose

Supervise daily site activities and manpower to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to required quality, supporting the engineer/foreman with execution control.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise crews and daily work fronts; ensure compliance with drawings/MS/ITPs.  
• Coordinate setting-out checks with survey team and maintain tolerances.  
• Enforce HSE compliance and maintain housekeeping and site discipline.  
• Assist QA/QC with inspections readiness and close-out of observations.  
• Track daily progress and escalate constraints (materials, access, plant). 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma/technical certificate preferred.  
• 3–7+ years infrastructure supervision experience; UAE/GCC preferred.
