Senior Project Engineer

Role Purpose

The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects in line with Innovo Infrastructure’s standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations. The role coordinates between design, procurement, site execution, and quality teams to ensure that project activities are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Engineer provides technical expertise, reviews drawings and specifications, resolves site issues, and ensures compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Acting as a key link between the Project Manager and site teams, the role contributes to effective progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, and implementation of best practices, ultimately driving successful completion of works and supporting the company’s reputation for excellence in infrastructure delivery.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for drawing approvals and revisions.
• Manage site resources and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor work progress and quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements.
• Liaise with clients and consultants during inspections.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements.
