Senior Lighting Engineer

Role Purpose

To support business growth in the lighting sector by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise that ensures effective, compliant, and competitive lighting solutions. 

Key Accountabilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lighting sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide technical support and lighting design recommendations during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor solutionsTrack and report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local and international lighting standards and regulations.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering Minimum 5-7years of experience in lighting sales  in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of lighting systems, and good references with manufacturers, developers, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• UAE driving licens.
