Role Purpose

To provide first aid and basic medical care for Innovo's site and camp workforce, supporting occupational health and emergency response on project sites.

Key Accountabilities

• Medical Care
  • Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for site injuries and illnesses.
  • Maintain medical records and refer serious cases to appropriate medical facilities.
• Health & Safety Support
  • Support occupational health screening and awareness programmes for the workforce.
  • Maintain first aid stations and ensure medical supplies are adequately stocked.
• Emergency Response
  • Respond promptly to site medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance transfer when required.
  • Participate in emergency drills and support the project emergency response plan.
• Heat Stress & Wellness Programmes
  • Implement heat stress prevention measures and monitor at-risk workers during summer months.
  • Conduct basic health awareness sessions on hydration, nutrition, and common occupational illnesses.
• Camp Health Monitoring
  • Conduct periodic hygiene and sanitation checks at labour accommodation camps.
  • Report communicable disease risks or outbreaks to the HSE Manager and relevant authorities.
• Innovation & Value Creation
  • Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Nursing diploma or degree; valid UAE nursing licence
• Minimum 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational/industrial setting
