NOC Engineer

Role Purpose

To manage and coordinate all NOC-related activities with authorities and utility providers, ensuring timely approvals for project execution.

Key Accountabilities

- Prepare and submit NOC applications to relevant authorities.
- Follow up on approval processes and maintain updated records.
- Coordinate with design teams for compliance with authority standards.
- Resolve NOC-related issues with stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation meets authority and project requirements.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years’ NOC coordination experience.
- Knowledge of UAE authority processes.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
