Logistics Officer

Role Purpose

To coordinate the movement, storage, and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies across Innovo’s projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation of materials to and from project sites.- Manage warehouse inventory, stock levels, and replenishments.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and site teams for delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, and customs clearances.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures during loading/unloading.
• Monitor cost efficiency in logistics activities and suggest improvements.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics for construction projects.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and UAE transport regulations.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
