Learning & Development Administrator

Role Purpose

To provide administrative and coordination support to the Learning & Development function, ensuring the effective scheduling, delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning activities across Innovo.

  • Maintain the training calendar and coordinate scheduled learning programmes.
  • Support training invitations, attendance, and completion records.
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, meeting rooms, virtual sessions, materials, equipment, and catering requirements. 
  • Liaise with facilitators, employees, internal stakeholders, and external training providers.
  • Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and available before each session.
  • Administer learning activities within SAP SuccessFactors Learning or other approved learning platforms. 
  • Create and update enrolments, attendance, and completion records.
  • Ensure learning records and system data are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, certificates, evaluations, and supporting documentation. 
  • Track completion of mandatory and compliance-related training and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining and providing required training records and evidence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain L&D reports, trackers, databases, and dashboards.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee learning data.
  • Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups related to learning activities.
  • Coordinate post-training feedback and evaluation surveys.
  • Maintain evaluation results and support reporting on learner feedback
  • Support follow-up actions arising from training evaluations.
  • Maintain effective communication with participants before and after learning programmes.
  • Provide professional and responsive support to employees throughout their learning experience.
  • Adhere to Quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set. Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time
  • Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in learning and development, coordination or related administrative role.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
