HSE Manager

Role Purpose

Develop and manage the health, safety, environmental, and security policies for Innovo’s land and marine projects. Lead risk assessment, compliance, and incident prevention programs.

Key Accountabilities

• Implement and monitor HSE systems in compliance with ISO/OSHAS and regulatory standards.
•  Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Guide project teams on HSE procedures, emergency response, and marine safety (SOLAS/MARPOL).
•  Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with authorities and third-party providers.
• Maintain training schedules and safety certifications.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental/Industrial Safety Engineering
• NEBOSH, IOSH mandatory; MARPOL/SOLAS preferred
• 10–12 years of HSE experience with 5+ years in management
• Proven track record in marine and infrastructure HSE implementation
