Role Purpose

To lead and supervise multi-trade site teams in delivering civil and infrastructure works to the required quality, safety, and schedule standards.

Key Accountabilities

- Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure adherence to project drawings, method statements, and QA/QC requirements.
- Monitor work progress and report to the Project Manager.
- Enforce HSE standards and ensure corrective actions for violations.
- Maintain productivity and reduce waste through effective resource management.
- Foster teamwork and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

- Diploma in Civil/Construction Management or Trade Certification.
- 5+ years’ experience in civil/infrastructure supervision.
- Knowledge of relevant trades and construction safety protocols.
- Ability to manage multicultural workforces.
