Foreman

Role Purpose

To lead and supervise multi-trade site teams in delivering civil and infrastructure works to the required quality, safety, and schedule standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure adherence to project drawings, method statements, and QA/QC requirements.
• Monitor work progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Enforce HSE standards and ensure corrective actions for violations.
• Maintain productivity and reduce waste through effective resource management.
• Foster teamwork and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma in Civil/Construction Management or Trade Certification.
• 5+ years’ experience in civil/infrastructure supervision.
• Knowledge of relevant trades and construction safety protocols.
•  Ability to manage multicultural workforces.
