Role Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our team, supporting both the end-to-end recruitment process and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while also contributing to training coordination, employee development programs, and other key HR functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen applications based on job criteria and coordinate interview schedules
- Support interview logistics and communication with candidates
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on various platforms
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal L&D events
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms
- Track employee training participation and maintain training records
- Support in collecting and analyzing feedback for training improvements
- Work with the HR team to implement learning initiatives and programs
- Maintain organized recruitment and training documentation
- Support various administrative tasks within the HR department
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and learning & development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus
