Role Purpose

The Secretary serves in a key administrative capacity, tasked with managing and coordinating general departmental operations

Key Accountabilities

  • Executes high-level, confidential administrative tasks, including drafting and formatting professional correspondence, reports, and memos.
  • Manages daily office operations, including filing systems, document reproduction, and mail distribution.

  • Serves as a welcoming first point of contact by answering incoming calls, accurately routing messages, and handling inquiries.

  • Fosters a positive and collaborative environment through clear, effective communication with internal staff and external partners.

  • Takes on additional administrative duties and special projects as needed to support the team.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • English Fluency.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
