Role Purpose
The Secretary serves in a key administrative capacity, tasked with managing and coordinating general departmental operations
Key Accountabilities
- Executes high-level, confidential administrative tasks, including drafting and formatting professional correspondence, reports, and memos.

Manages daily office operations, including filing systems, document reproduction, and mail distribution.

Serves as a welcoming first point of contact by answering incoming calls, accurately routing messages, and handling inquiries.

Fosters a positive and collaborative environment through clear, effective communication with internal staff and external partners.

Takes on additional administrative duties and special projects as needed to support the team.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration from a reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- English Fluency.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
