Role Purpose

The Project Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the company’s annual project sales targets by managing the full project sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing. 

The role focuses on building strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors while ensuring technical accuracy, pricing discipline, and margin protection across all project submissions. 

The Project Sales Manager also supervises sales engineers and internal support teams to ensure smooth project execution and pipeline management. 

Key Accountabilities

Project Sales Management 

  • Achieve the assigned annual project sales target. 
  • Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract award. 
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities with developers and contractors. 

Pipeline Management 

  • Assign and manage developer pipelines. 
  • Conduct weekly pipeline review meetings. 
  • Track project progress and update project status reports. 

Technical & Commercial Oversight 

  • Review and approve technical submissions before client submission. 
  • Approve commercial quotations ensuring alignment with company pricing policy. 
  • Ensure margin protection and adherence to company pricing strategy. 

Stakeholder Relationship Management 

  • Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors. 
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote company solutions. 
  • Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders. 

Team Leadership 

  • Lead and guide Design Sales Engineers and internal project support staff. 
  • Ensure proper coordination between sales, technical office, and production. 
  • Monitor team performance and ensure timely project submissions. 
  • Address technical concerns and provide solutions to satisfy project needs. 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. 
  • Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in project sales. 
  • PMP Certificate preferable  
  • Experience dealing with real estate developers and contractors
  • Strong knowledge of Wardrobes, kitchens, and fit-out systems
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills. 
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
