Mechanical Supervisor

Role Purpose

The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee and coordinate mechanical works on-site, ensuring tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. The role focuses on supervising technicians and workers, monitoring progress, and supporting smooth site operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise daily mechanical activities and ensure proper execution as per instructions and site requirements.
• Assign tasks to technicians and workers, monitoring progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and safe working practices at all times.
• Assist engineers and site management in resolving basic mechanical issues on-site.
• Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to site engineers or project managers.
• Coordinate with other trades and teams to support smooth workflow.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervising mechanical works on construction sites.
• Preferably holds an educational certificate (vocational, technical, or general education).
• At minimum, must be able to read and write in Arabic.
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools, materials, and site practices.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and manage site workers effectively.
