Role Purpose

Regional B2C & B2B  Marketing & Communication Management

Key Accountabilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, execute and monitor annual B2C and B2B marketing strategies aligned with Innovo Solutions Business Goals in the Target Markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive positioning within the Home Furnishing Sector.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns driving Brand Awareness, Lead Generations, and Sales conversions.

2. Brand Management & Communication

  • Lead the Marketing Team to ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with Global Brand Guidelines.

3. B2C Marketing Management

  • Drive consumer-focused campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, retail activations, and events.
  • Manage promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and product launches targeted at individual consumers.
  • Optimize customer journey and engagement across online and in-store experiences.

4. B2B Marketing Management

  • Develop and nurture marketing initiatives targeting Architects, Designers, Contractors and Real Estate Developers.
  • Create Division-Specific Marketing Materials, Catalogues, and Presentations tailored to business customers.
  • Support the Sales team with Lead-Generation Campaigns, Trade Events, Networking Activities, and Key Account Communications.

5. Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee digital media planning including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the different Company Websites and all Digital Communication Channels.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Retail, Product, and Operations teams to ensure marketing alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, creative agencies, production houses, and digital partners to execute campaigns efficiently.

7. Budget Management

  • Develop, monitor, and optimize the Marketing Budget to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining High-Quality Production of Marketing Assets and Events.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in home furnishing, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated success in managing both B2C and B2B marketing programs.
