Role Purpose
Internal Project Support provides technical and administrative support to the B2B sales team by preparing technical submissions, quotations, drawings, and project documentation.
The role ensures fast and accurate preparation of BOQs, designs, and shop drawings while supporting smooth project handover from sales to production and operations.
Key Accountabilities
Technical Documentation
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals.
- Review project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation for project submissions.
Design & Technical Preparation
- Prepare designs and layouts based on client requirements.
- Produce 3D concepts and technical drawings.
- Review and revise shop drawings before sending them to production.
Software & Systems
- Implement and operate the Kenton Library software system for fast pricing and design.
- Use specialized software such as:
- CARAT
- METRON
- SketchUp
- ADEKO
Commercial Documentation
- Prepare documents related to IRs and invoices in coordination with the commercial department.
- Support preparation of project submissions and tender documentation.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with subcontractors for:
- Countertops
- Appliances
- Support coordination with production and delivery teams.
- Ensure accurate project handover to operations.
Delivery Support
- Coordinate delivery schedules.
- Ensure project documentation is complete before production.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in technical office or project support.
- Experience in doors, kitchens, or fit-out industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- BOQ preparation
- Shop drawings
- Technical submissions
- Proficiency in SketchUp, CARAT, METRON, ADEKO.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
