Infrastructure Team Leader

Role Purpose
The Infrastructure Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating infrastructure engineering and technical activities across construction projects, ensuring that infrastructure works are properly planned, technically coordinated, and executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and applicable regulations. The role provides technical leadership to the infrastructure team and coordinates closely with project management, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Accountabilities
* Prepare shop drawings and conduct design reviews for wet utility systems, including potable water, firefighting, storm water, irrigation, and sewage networks.
* Perform hydraulic modeling and prepare technical reports using industry-standard software such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, Civil 3D, and InfraWizard.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including roads, electrical, architectural, and structural disciplines, to ensure seamless project integration.
* Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to support project planning and execution.
* Coordination with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues and facilitate project approvals.
* Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with applicable international standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
* Review construction activities, monitor technical compliance, and provide engineering support throughout project execution.
* Evaluate design submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
* Support project management teams by identifying risks, proposing engineering solutions, and contributing to timely project delivery.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in infrastructure (wet utilities focus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
