Infrastructure Construction Graduate Trainee

Role Purpose

Innovo Build Egypt is seeking highly motivated fresh graduates (or graduates with less than 1 year of experience) in Civil Engineering to join our Graduate Program as Trainees in the Infrastructure Construction Department at the Dabaa Project. This 6-month paid program offers intensive on-site training, exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects, and the opportunity to develop into future Site Engineers.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Site Engineers in monitoring day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Support in reviewing and understanding project drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Prepare and update daily progress reports and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and workforce to support smooth project execution.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or quality issues.
• Learn and apply construction methodologies, project management practices, and quality control procedures.
• Contribute to resolving site challenges by reporting issues to senior engineers.
• Ensure strict adherence to site safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (must be a graduate).
• Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong interest in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of site execution, construction drawings, and project management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• High motivation, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a challenging site environment.
• Willingness to be based full-time at Dabaa Project site.
