Role Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports Innovo Solutions’ brand, marketing initiatives, and corporate communications. The role involves translating business and marketing requirements into creative designs that effectively communicate key messages across digital and print platforms. 

The Graphic Designer will develop a wide range of visual materials including marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, project visuals, and corporate branding assets. The role also supports basic photography and videography activities for marketing campaigns, project documentation, and internal communications. 

The objective of this role is to enhance the company’s visual identity, strengthen brand consistency, and produce engaging content that reflects Innovo’s professional image and project excellence. 

Key Accountabilities

Graphic Design 

  • Interpret design briefs and understand project requirements from internal stakeholders. 
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions aligned with Innovo’s brand guidelines. 
  • Design marketing materials include brochures, presentations, social media graphics, advertisements, and corporate communication materials. 
  • Prepare drafts and present design ideas for review and feedback. 
  • Create illustrations, icons, layouts, and visual assets using professional design software. 
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity, branding, typography, and color usage across all materials. 
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality creative outputs. 
  • Adapt and amend designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and timelines. 
  • Ensure all final graphics and layouts are professional, visually appealing, and aligned with the company brand. 

Photography & Videography Support 

  • Support photography and video production activities for marketing campaigns, company events, and project documentation. 
  • Assist in planning visual content with the marketing and project teams. 
  • Capture photos and video footage when required at office locations or project sites. 
  • Edit photos and videos using professional editing tools. 
  • Organize and maintain a digital archive of visual content for marketing and corporate use. 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
  • Min. 2 Years of Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a corporate, construction, or marketing environment. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across digital and print media. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere,…). 
  • Basic photography and videography skills including editing. 
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout design capabilities. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and aesthetics. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
