Administration Officer

Role Purpose

To support the project’s administrative operations by ensuring the effective implementation of facility management, accommodation, transportation, and employee services in line with Innovo Build Egypt’s administrative policies and procedures. The Administration Officer plays a key role in coordinating with suppliers, monitoring site logistics, and maintaining smooth day-to-day administrative functions across the project site.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage apartment rentals, utilities, and supplier payments in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and follow up on PRs related to site administration needs (cleaning, pest control, lighting, generators, meals, water).
  • Implement and monitor the project benefits policy; report any deviations to the Administration Manager.
  • Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure timely bus arrivals/departures and apply penalties for non-compliance.
  • Supervise meal distribution, water delivery, and accommodation readiness, maintaining extra bed capacity.
  • Monitor subcontractor benefits and submit regular accommodation and service reports.
  • Coordinate pest control and facility maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Install and maintain proper facility signage (kitchen, WC, caravans).
  • Ensure all administrative activities comply with HSE requirements.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related non-engineering field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration or site facility management.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic procurement processes.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and compliance.
