Project Manager

Role Purpose

To manage and deliver infrastructure and marine construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Accountabilities

•    Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
•    Track project milestones and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
•    Manage project budget, cost control, and financial forecasting.
•    Oversee allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
•    Ensure strict compliance with quality requirements, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
•    Enforce HSSE standards across all project activities.
•    Ensure permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation are maintained.
•    Maintain consistent communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
•    Lead progress meetings and provide accurate project updates.
•    Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve technical or operational issues.
•    Escalate critical challenges to senior management with recommended actions.
•    Oversee preparation of project reports, progress submissions, handover documentation, and closeout files.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience managing infrastructure projects in the GCC.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
