Lab Technician

Role Purpose

To perform laboratory testing of construction materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards, supporting Innovo’s quality objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct tests on concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and soil samples.
• Prepare and submit test reports to QA/QC and project teams.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate with third-party labs for external testing requirements.
• Maintain testing records and ensure timely submission for approval.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain laboratory housekeeping standards.
• Assist in developing and revising lab testing procedures.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Material Science.
• 2–3 years’ lab testing experience in construction projects.
• Proficiency in laboratory standards and procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
