Foreman

Role Purpose

To lead and supervise site construction teams in delivering daily works in line with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards across Innovo Infrastructure’s civil and marine projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure execution of construction activities according to approved drawings, methods, and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate workforce and subcontractors to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Monitor and enforce safety, health, and environmental procedures at the worksite.
• Conduct inspections to verify quality standards and address any non-conformities.
• Liaise with site engineers and project management to report progress and raise operational concerns.
• Manage site materials and tools to minimize waste and delays.
• Promote a productive and disciplined site environment aligned with company policies.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma or Trade Certification in Civil or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in infrastructure or marine construction (roads, drainage, utilities).
• Proven leadership and workforce coordination on active job sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, drawings, and construction methods.
• Ability to manage labor, materials, and tools under pressure.
