Electrical Engineer

Role Purpose

Plan, supervise, and coordinate all electrical installations in infrastructure and street lighting projects, ensuring compliance with authority standards and project specifications.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare shop drawings, load schedules, voltage drop calculations, and schematics per ADDC and authority guidelines.
• Oversee electrical site work, including cabling, trunking, terminations, fittings, and testing.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections, NOCs, and handover protocols.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure electrical works are completed on time and meet QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Maintain material logs and variation registers.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–10 years of infrastructure experience in GCC
• Strong knowledge of ADDC, ADM, and authority regulations
• Experience in street lighting, cable works, and NOC processes
