Stores Supervisor

Role Purpose

Control project stores operations to ensure correct receipt, storage, issuing, and inventory accuracy for construction materials, tools, and consumables. 

Key Accountabilities

• Manage receiving/inspection coordination (GRNs), tagging, and storage practices.  
• Maintain stock records, bin cards/system entries, and inventory cycle counts.  
• Issue materials against approved requests; control wastage and traceability.  
• Coordinate with procurement/site teams on shortages, reorders, and material planning. 
• Ensure safe storage, housekeeping, and compliance with QA/HSE requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma preferred; ERP/stores systems experience.  
• 5–10 years stores experience in construction/infrastructure projects.  
• Strong inventory control and reporting discipline.
