Site Engineer (Plumbing) - MEP

Role Purpose
To support plumbing site engineering activities on assigned Innovo MEP project areas, verifying installation works against drawings and specifications.
Key Accountabilities
- Site Verification
- Verify plumbing installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct routine site walks to identify and flag deviations from approved design intent.
- Inspection Support
- Prepare inspection request documentation and support consultant inspections.
- Coordinate access and readiness of work areas ahead of scheduled inspections.
- Documentation
- Maintain plumbing site technical records and progress reports.
- Update as-built markups and pipework/fixture submittal logs for assigned scope.
- Coordination
- Liaise with plumbing subcontractor foremen to sequence installation works with other trades.
- Escalate site queries and clashes to the Senior Site Engineer (Plumbing) for resolution.
- Quality & Safety
- Support quality checks on completed plumbing works prior to handover for inspection.
- Ensure site personnel comply with HSE procedures during plumbing installation activities.

- Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2–4 years of plumbing MEP site engineering experience
