Lifting Supervisor

Role Purpose

To manage and ensure the safe execution of all lifting operations across infrastructure and marine sites, in compliance with legal and company HSE standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and approve lifting plans based on load capacity, safety protocols, and site constraints.
•  Supervise crane operators and rigging teams, ensuring proper execution.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and document findings.
• Coordinate lifting activities with site teams and third-party vendors.
• Respond to lifting incidents and implement improvements.

Maintain logs of certifications, risk assessments, and lifting permits.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma in Engineering or recognized lifting certification
•  5+ years’ experience supervising lifting activities in construction/marine projects

 Knowledge of lifting regulations and inspection standards (UAE & International)
